This charming house is a land mark in the area with its iron lace verandas, and stands on an acre of land. The formal garden has hedges and a fountain, roses bloom and the views off through the hills and valleys surrounding are many shades of lush green.

Sheep can be seen grazing in the distance, clouds are often close enough to touch; and at night the hills protect the sky from the lights of the coast so the display of stars is spectacular.
